Reservation Policy: Once a reservation has been booked, a deposit of 50% of the lodging costs for your entire stay is due. If you are staying only one night, a deposit for the full amount of the lodging will be due. Reservations for rooms in the main lodge are $10.00 higher for a stay of one night only and this surcharge will be billed at the time you check-out. Rates are slightly higher during holiday periods and high season.
Payment Policy: We now accept MasterCard, Visa & Discover, as well as personal, business & travelers’ checks.
Cancellation Policy: Your deposit, less $40 per room booked, (administration fee) will be returned if we receive your cancellation request 15 days prior to your arrival. Of course, there will be no deduction from your deposit if you reschedule for a future date, or send someone else in your place to use the reservation. If the cancellation is within 14 days of your arrival date, you will be charged the full amount of your deposit, and a gift certificate will be issued in your name for the balance. In addition, no refunds, only gift certificates will be issued during high season: Mid-September through Mid-November, and December 26th - January 1st. Please understand this policy is necessary because of the narrow time frame for us to rebook to fill your cancelled room.
Children: 5 years or older are welcome and in most situations during the year, we can accommodate younger children; but please keep in mind that we have no television or computer games available for children.

Smoking Policy: The state of Tennessee now prohibits smoking throughout the buildings. We have set aside other convenient areas for smoking.
Wine and Beer: We have an extensive domestic and imported wine and beer list, most likely your favorites at reasonable prices, as well as specialty dessert wines.
